Post 1: A country I would like to visit

 



Since I can remember I´ve always loved quiet and noiseless places so I guess that´s the main reason why I would like to go to Iceland since that country seems pretty much small and hushed. But obviously these are not all the reasons why I would go; I also have to say that I love nature and be outdoors and Iceland is a perfect option to be alone and, its weather is perfect for people who love the cold as much as I do. To be honest, I would like to be able to learn about its culture and its history as a country and write about it.

On the other hand, I don´t know much about the country as I would like, as far as I am concerted Iceland is a very small country with a lot of nature and beautiful places to visit, in fact, Iceland is known for its different tourist destinations as glaciers, northern lights, colorful streets, hot springs, and volcanoes, that´s why a lot of people go for their vacations. Also, I know that the country is recognized for its quality of life and lifestyle, being one of the safest countries to live.

I would like to do a lot of things starting with visiting their most famous destinations. Besides I would love to spend time learning about their culture and history in order to write about it. And honestly, I would like to improve my English and speak it fluently and maybe learn some Icelandic words, who knows?

Finally, I have to say that Iceland is a great opportunity for anyone who would like to spend some time in new places or maybe learn or improve a language. In my case I see Iceland as my dreamy country, not just because the speechless tourist destinations but also because I see it as an opportunity to be by myself and being able to experience and do so many things I haven´t done yet. I guess that´s why I would love to study or maybe even work there in the future, because even when I know that it´s such a faraway destination from Chile I would like to try to stay a while, but maybe not forever because I would like to spend some time in other countries too, but definitely I would like to visit it at least just once in my life.

POST 8: English Language Challenges

  I still can´t believe this is the last post that I´m writing, it´s crazy to realized that we are in finals exams and there´s almost nothing left. So, the thing is I´m still a little sentimental when it comes to an ending, even when it´s about a subject so I feel a little sad but at the same relieved. So, I´ve always loved studying English, I remember it was my favorite subject at school because at that time it was quite easy for me. Also, I think one of the reasons why I liked it was because of my mom. When I was a child, she used to teach me a lot about English because she took lessons so I could say the subject reminds me of beautiful moments with her. Moreover, when I study English, I feel very calm and not stressed so I appreciate that. Considering that I think that this subject at the university has been helpful in many ways, because obviously knowing other languages is very important at this moment. A person I would like to meet

  In my case, I would love to be able to meet different people and have the chance to talk to them, but if I´m honest the first person that I thought was Min Yoongi from BTS. I know there are a lot of prejudices about that group and the people who listen to their music, but beyond that, I really love their music and not just the rhythm but the lyrics too. At first, I wasn´t really into their music because I couldn´t understand at all what they were saying because they´re a boyband from Korea, but then I was curious, and I started to listen to their songs and watch their videos very often. So, don´t get me wrong, I really love the seven members of the band and I would like to meet them all, but Min Yoongi has a special place. I think the reason why I would like to meet him, specifically him is because he has proven to be such a calm, introvert and mature person beyond being a famous rapper. Also, it seems that he has the same kind of personality as mine, which is something I appreciate

POST 5: My future job

  When I think about my dream job I´m not pretty sure about what kind of job I would like to have because I´m a very indecisive person. But definitely I would like to have a job where I can find myself doing the things that make me feel comfortable. I guess I´ve always loved the idea of writing so that´s basically what I want to do for the rest of my life, even when it´s such a challenging thing for me but I think that´s the reason why I love it, because in the deep down I need something that makes feel stressed and anxious but at the same time to be a comfort place for me. So, as an introvert the most reasonable answer would be to stay in a certain place as an office but if I´m honest I don´t think I would be one hundred percent sure about that. The thing is I´m scared of get out but I would like to travel a lot and be able to do the things I´ve always wanted, so maybe getting out of my comfort zone wouldn´t be that bad after all.
